Sometimes the internal SD Card can go corrupt, making the sign go black.
If this has happened to your sign, here is a remedy to fix and reset the internal SD Card to factory settings:
- Download this Zip file: vodality_reset.zip
- Extract it and copy all the files from the vodality_reset directory into the root directory of an empty USB stick.
- Insert into the device and turn it on.
- It will say it has deleted everything on the SD Card and is copying everything from USB to SD.
- Only when it says to remove USB is it safe to remove USB.
After this, your sign SD Card should be reset to factory settings, and it should display an image telling you to click "Menu"
on your remote control to get started.
